We decided to shoot in the Hockley arts club due to their decor which fit perfectly with our 40's meets 20's glamour. We purposefully waited until late in the day to shoot as we hoped the lighting would be low and mysterious.

I've never actually done a photoshoot before, I've never even held a DSLR camera so frankly I had no idea what I was doing.

The exposure from the window worked to make the scene hazy and mysterious which is what we were going for.

The styling we wanted to reflect the status of the subjects, we dressed them up quite fancily to show a high society duo, we thought the high profile made the whole thing seem more scandalous.
